Spa Etiquette
Punctuality – Arrive in good time; at least 10 minutes before your appointment to check in, change, if needed, and relax. If you should have a challenge with timeliness we will do our best to accommodate you, however we cannot promise your full service time.
Attire – Dress comfortably. A swim suit is recommended for some treatments.
Cell Phones/Computers – Leave phones and pagers at home or in your car; or turn them off before entering the spa. Laptops are welcome and free Wi-Fi is available.
Children – While children are welcome, a quiet spa environment isn’t well suited for some personalities. Our open space is not a safe place for babies or small children. For their benefit, your piece of mind, and others experience we request your attention to your children at all times. Please excuse yourself if need be.
Communicate Preferences – Be sure to speak up. All aspects of treatment can be modified to your tastes/needs. From lighting, music, temperature, therapist etc. Feel free to ask questions.
Perfume/Smoking/Pets – Because our emphasis is on health & relaxation; and others may be allergic; we ask that you limit the above to appropriate levels or refrain completely if possible.
Gratuities – Appreciated, not mandatory. If you are considering 15% is customary, leave the gratuity at the desk with the receptionist upon checkout.
Advance Booking – Book your next appointment in advance to ensure optimal time.
