At Gardens of Heather your body, mind and spirit are pampered to create health and inspire beauty. This is done through our ability to customize each product and service to suit your discriminate needs and preferences.  No other spa offers this level of individualization.  No other spa has our level of resources, knowlege or atmosphere. Gardens of Heather was founded in 2000 by Heather Curell. What started as a handmade herbal bath & body care company being ran by a stay-at-home mom has in 9 short years has become a corporate premier holistic & wellness center and salon & day spa specializing in customization and headed by a natural doctor. Heather currently is a Naturopathic Doctor, Master Herbalist, Certified Colon-Hydrotherapist, Certified Massage Therapist, Aroma therapist and holds a Bachelor's degree in Social Work. She teaches across Michigan regularly at Mott Community College, Continuing Education; Saginaw Township Community Education; Macomb Community College Continuing & Professional Education; St. John's Hospital Healing Arts Alternative Center; Saginaw Valley State University Education for the Aging; Huron Academy; Pt Huron SC4; Grains & Greens Natural Food stores. She has also taught seminars at Michigan State University; Marlette Hospital's nurses week; SC4 nurse's continuing education and a few local garden clubs.

With a solid foundation in natural health Heather uses her expanded knowledge base to handcraft 100% pure natural products free from chemicals and harmful ingredients. Her products draw ingredients from the earth such as clay, salt, minerals and oils. She may also use homeopathy, color energy and flower essences in several of the blends. Often whole herbs will be added for improved therapeutic benefits as well.
