House Policies

Gardens of Heather House Policy

Refunds - No cash refunds will be given. Defective merchandise must be addressed within 5 days of purchase for exchange or correction.

Returned Checks - There will be a $30 fee for each returned check.

Cancellation Policy – We plan carefully for your visit; should a cancellation be necessary please allow 24 hours notice to avoid charges.

Gift Certificates – Are valid 6 months from date of purchase. Gift certificates must be present to be redeemed. Gardens of Heather cannot be responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates.

Parties – A 50% deposit may be requested on multiple service appointments.
